like the title says, i am part of the way through my bumper conversion only to find there is no crashbar to mount my grille onto. Also the lower radiator support is bent in but thats another story....

afaik, crashbar's are universal across all years.
ok good, i was a bit confused and couldnt find any matching year impact bumper bracket/shock/absorber w/e the f... you wanna call it...
afaik, the only difference between ANY of them is the early model rear's came with steel, and the later years had aluminum. fronts always had aluminum; and they were all identical. feel free to chime in if i'm mistaken.
I remember from years ago that some first genners were having problems with proper fitmet of the 99 bumper using a 1g front crash bar. So while most are close, they may not be exactly the same.

yeah im using 97 crashbar, now my only real concern is that my lower radiator support is twisted, comes out a half inch one way and in a half inch the other....wish i had known this car had been wrecked before i bought it, since you couldnt tell till you pulled the headlights and bumper....
