Yeah, how do you feel? How's your energy? Still squeezing in pool time?

Chris didn't realize there were posts he missed. He is able to swim a few short laps now and is doing some LIGHT free weights at home. He is also using stretch/resistance bands. He really wants to up his gym/pool time before the transplant, but it's one step forward, 3 days to rest and recover. He does seem to have more energy lately and has gone out to the garage several times this past week. He also helped pick up pecans today.

Yeah, sorry for the delay, I must have overlooked the notification email.

As Vicki stated, I can swim a little and do a little resistance work. It does take a few days to recover from it but I am feeling much better and have more energy than I did a few months ago. I can't do too much but I can do more than I could.

Trying to get as healthy as I can before the transplant. That will kick me on my butt and I want to make recovery as easy as possible.
