All oem parts were put on 20-30k miles ago, I've done so many that I can't say for sure I checked the m6x1 water pump bolts that mitsubishi uses to hold the water pump together. Maybe they forgot the loc-tite? Either way make sure to check these bolts before throwing your water pump in. The belt was 1 tooth off, not sure of any damages yet but it was running just fine when I got it.

I've never seen that happen. I'm sure the valves are OK. Mine was a lot further off and I barely bent one valve. I'd probably reset the timing and do a compression test first though.
