True because at some point that person will act out of character.

Example,

A person's typical character would not look at smut / porn, but if subjected to it enough times he my give in and "take a peek". Therefore his integrity has been compromised, because he was consistently subjected to smut / pron material.

i always play devil's advocate. it's a natural predilection to see if the originating individual has conviction & substance to back it. if he/she does, and has a very eloquent and simple method of cementing their logic; then perhaps i can learn something. if he/she doesn't, then they've just made an ass of themselves; allowing me and everyone witnessing to casually disregard their assertions as inconsequential.

yes, it does make me a cynical asshole, but at least you know that there's a reason for the madness.
