super contra sucked. i prefer the original. in fact, the only ones i like are 1, 3, and rebirth. i prefer zero-mission over the original metroid.

...up until a few years ago, i had a power pad. i stil have a zapper gun, but i don't remember if it's gray or orange. i had both, but i think i kept the orange one because i liked captain N.
I also have Super Metroid on my Wii. I also have it on SNES. What can I say: I'm a sucker for the Metroid series.

I agree that SuperC was the worst of the Contra series on NES, but I still enjoyed it.

Gray gun is extremely rare from what I hear. VR4Rob was jealous that I had one.

i've gotten rid of so much vintage shit. i probalby could have made a mint on some of it...but i threw a LOT of crap away when i joined the military. didn't have room; didn't want to move it all.

for at least 10 years or so, i had BOXES for EVERY GAME I OWNED. they all went in the trash. i'm sure that would have fetched a pretty penny now a days....

    Super Contra
Ninja Gaiden 2 (that game was ridiculously hard)
    Zelda II
Super Mario Bros / Duck Hunt combo
Metroid (one of the all-time best)
    Jackal
    Tetris
A couple more I feel like I'm missing

I feel like I ought to go back and play Ninja Gaiden 2 just to see how hard it is for me to beat in my older age.
I have a the gray gun too! We also have the wireless controllers for the SNES. About 20 games for each the NES and SNES plus most of the books for the NES games.. I also have an Intelevision!! And of course N64 and Xbox.. I really miss my PS

had an odyssey 2 a LONG time ago. you should see about getting one of those. also check on getting the other atari's. i'm assuming you meant a 2600, but the 5200/7800 are also ones you should get (at least if you're going to own 3 playstations). also check out cdi, jaguar, master system, etc. heck, when it comes down to it, ti99-4a, intellivision, colecovision, etc should all be in there too.
