I just bought two 30 round mags for the M1 carbine for less than $50 LOL, guess they are not in high demand.

Btw... Just checked guntrader after Obama made his assault weapon proposal speech a few mins ago. Standard military issue high cap mags for M4, M16, and etc just skyrocketed. Going rate jumped from $35 per mag to "pay my asking price" just like that. 20s and 30s are selling for $75 and damn near 100 bucks now. Hang on to high caps or make some $$... Hrmmm, decisions.

Very true I was thinking about ordering 3 stripped lowers from spikes tactical, but its about a year back order. I have a feeling what ever gun control laws that are passed will be in action by then so I may be screwed.

Same feeling, here. I was going to buy myself an AR for my birthday last year, but got side tracked and forgot. Could've bought a dpms with a blue illuminated scope last week for $899. Still kicking myself in the ass for not jumping on that. Even if I didn't want it, I could've flipped it for a tidy profit.

dang i sold my lower this last weekend think i shoulda waited a bit longer now , but i figured either parts would be scarce for along time and a hunk of metal would do me no good , or prices would go back eventually and i can get another
