    Picked up this little plinker.

HK USP .40 loaded with optional Trijicon tritium night sights and added Jet Funnel with an extended 16 round magazine.

Only two in my arsenal at the moment (had to shed a Walther P38 and Walther PP to help pay for the rebuild of my Stealth's transmission earlier this year...).

    S&W Model 28; 357 Mag

S&W 2nd model hand ejector in .44 Special dating from 1929; needing parts and a work in progress. Zero finish, shortened barrel but once it's rehabilitated it should prove to be a very decent hand cannon.

    Can't go wrong with a S&W .357 Mag.

For the record, neither would I. When I bought my Sig, the dealer told me Hi-Points are his best selling handgun. This is WV, doesn't take much to connect the dots...

I was just trying to be nice.

There's actually multiple reviews out there on the Hi-Points and how they shoot very well. It's definitely not up to the standards of a Glock or Sig, (I also have a Glock 23 and an old Beretta 9mm) but I haven't heard or seen anything online saying they are prone to blowing up, and most users say that they are experiencing virtually no jamming with them, going through hundreds of rounds.

Anyway, it was a cheap gun to give a guy who wants a handgun for home defense, and doesn't know anything about handguns. So, decided that for the price, I'd pick one up myself. I'll let you guys know how it shoots when I get it, though it may be awhile as the closest range to me is a good 20 miles away. (Which I found unbelievable, seeing as how this is TX after all!!!)

Post pictures of said Beretta and Glock 23. Also, what kind of Beretta 9mm? 9FS or M9 by chance?

I don't have any pics of my guns, its not really a hobby of mine. Got the Glock from a friend of mine a few years back who wanted to try something else and sold it to me for a good price, and the Beretta is a 92FS?, used to belong to my uncle. He said it was the same gun used in the Die Hard movie. (Not THE same gun, same model.)
