The top one uses a CLIP, the bottom one uses a magazine. My M1 garand sniper rifle, and my M1 carbine

It's simple fellas. A CLIP feeds the MAGAZINE. A MAGAZINE feeds the weapon.

I went in today to put the final payment down on the gun and snapped a picture of my new .45 in all its glory.

While I'm standing there the wife starts talking to Mark, the owner, about guns and we ended up picking up an FNP USG .40 S&W in Flat Dark Earth for her at a wonderful price. The gun came with two 10-round mags and three 13-round mags.

I'm old school. I have about 60 various swords, rapiers, long swords, broad swords, katanas, great swords, european polearms, japanese polearms, sai, a longbow, a compound bow ... but I refuse to own a gun. Will have to get pics later, I just got a new addition this week. :evilgrin:
