Ah, but I am the KING - I married my ex.

Only two other men on the planet can say that, and the rest of you are pikers...unless you know something I don't - she was very prolific.

You should be alright. In the case of it pussing I would get it checked. All they would do is give you some meds for the pain and patch it up with some dry gauze MAYBE. Water blisters I am hoping? Just be sure to let it dry out which is the ironic thing with any burns. For areas that don't have broken skin you can apply milk of magnesia (it's a diarrhetic but it works well) over the skin. Just rub it on and let it dry off. That will make sure those areas dry up quick. ....well, these are just things i'd do

the worst part of this isn't the pain or the itching; it's the potential for skin cancer when you subject yourself to excessive sun.

Knowing people that have had skin cancer... I'd go to the doctor, and I'm normally one that hates getting medical attention for stuff.

You will thank god when you start peeling. There is really nothing you can do about it, except stay indoors as much as possible.

i didnt read the posts so maybe this was said,

being a redhead, i know a bit about getting suburnt. if your skin blisters into big blisters, its time to go to the doc. if you get a million of the little (i call them) water blisters, you will be alright. its probably too late now, but if you keep it aloe'd up for about 3 days you can usually get away with no blisters. your skin has to stay lotioned so it doesnt tighten up, but DONT USE LOTION, use aloe!!! i dont know why, lotion screws everything up though. stick with aloe. i recommend aloe with lidocane in it

also if you get the million little water blisters, you will definitely peel. i say get someone to peel it off for you because when it dries it itches really bad. DO NOT use anything with alcohol based stuff in it as it will burn like hellfire on your fresh skin underneath.

you will be fine within a work week (as in no pain, probably itchy though).

^LOL my sister is a red head, and she can't tan worth a shit. She can spend a day in the sun, get burnt, and be white the next day. The only thing is her freckles get darker, and she hates that.

I know your pain, I grew up in SWFL. I used to get fried all the time when I was a kid, especially my nose and shoulders. At the beach once, the top of my feet got badly burned, sounds like the same burn you have. It was hell for about three days, even with constant aloe.

The Ocean Potion stuff is great. My arms got burnt this weekend at a car show, Saturday, and today they are tan with no pain. Granted I didn't get burnt as bad as you, I had on SPF 15.

Your back will peel, that is a given.
