    Using Wireless Router After Switch

Trying to add a Netgear wireless router to our switch at work. The switch is looped back through Windows Server 2003 with DHCP settings for the whole store. The default gateway on the network is 192.168.2.1 so that is what I'm using for the Netgear IP address along with the subnet mask and DNS address. I set the wireless DHCP server off (save settings) then connect the WAN port to an open port on the switch.

I can connect to the router but can't get any internet access. I have to have an IP address and a gateway address in the router but not sure which gateway IP to use since the IP address (default gateway for the switch) ends in 1. Any advice?

I do not want to run the router before the switch.

Fixed the problem. Had to connect the LAN port of the router to the switch, not the WAN port. Works great!
