    6 speed tranny on ebay

Not mine but seems to be a good deal. I asked if there was a warranty and he said 30-day warranty.

If you buy it, post here so I can feel good about myself

Oh man. Great price, even with the damage. Seriously, a pry bar broke it off? Did he forget to unbolt part of it? :O

Lol, that's the same thing I was wondering - I'm guessing, actually hoping, the individual wasn't a mechanic.

Thanks for the link - bidding now. I could use it for my R/TT, but I'm going to have to figure out if it really has MR gearing or not, plus inspect the repair job while I'm inside.

So... the shipping company apparently lost the transmission. Tracking info online shows it went to various stops and is now in St. Louis. They looked and it isn't there. Paperwork shows it's still in California and the Cali depot says according to their information it's there, but when they went to where it was supposedly located it wasn't there either. They're calling me back when they have more information. If my MR transmission is gone I'm going to cry!

Dude that sucks. I would have bought this if I had seen it sooner.
