Ooh that one pisses me off. State law here too. Never have I seen, nor heard of, it being enforced. Just like we also have a law that says you can't hog the fast lane, $90+ fine. I've seen troopers ride peoples asses for miles on the interstate and do nothing. Finally, agent oblivious(pun intended) realizes there's a car, but a cop at that, behind him/her and moves over. Cop passes like nothing was wrong.
