    Im a glutton for punishment...

Well, listing my entire pile of performance mods up for sale that are currently on the car...

WTF am i doing that for?

IPS Single setup, air/water IC sitting in the location where the battery is, a/w IC i have picked out is rated for 1200hp, should be good. Heat exchanger will go where the stock a/c core is with a pair of pusher fans to cool it which of course will sit in front of the pushers for the radiator, got fans?

The plan is absolute simplicity, see the two pics below:
    Trevors install:

Now just turn his turbo outlet 180* roughly and have it feet directly into an air/water like this:

That setup will feed directly into DR's intake manifold and Q45 or equivalent throttle body. Should have 3 couplers max and around a foot to 18" of IC piping

Battery should be able to lay flat under the A/W IC, another will see how it goes while in progress.

Turbo is up in the air ATM im looking at a Comp Turbo oil-less Billit 6765, should light quick, about the same compressor as the garret 4094 but with a 65mm turbine vs the 77mm in the 4094. Should breathe well on a 3L engine.

Going with a divided T4 turbine unsure of the a/r as of now, with that small of a turbine wheel i may go 1.XX to let it breathe up top. Using a 4" V-band exhaust outlet so the frame work(downpipe) is already setup for a bigger turbo is this one proves too small, but all input is welcome on what turbo to use!

Going to breathe into the 4" titanium exhaust that i had IPS make for me forever ago, so 4" from the turbo right the fuck out the back of the car

Should be really fun to build and be quite unique and make some rrreally fun noises

Anyway thats whats going on with my junk. Damn the NG and Von with the bad thoughts they left in my head...

I must disagree lol, I really don't see much simplicity with that setup. I do see awesomeness though.......

Should replace those front struts on the '99 first! Lol. Sick build though. Von just showed all of use that the weak link is the driveshaft!!

LOL, yeah the suspension will be address accordingly when the car comes apart.]

Im probably gonna keep the stock DS for a bit since well, it doesnt break and it costs exactly 1200 less than a CF one does..lol

The only thing complicated about this setup is adding the water pump and making the 92mm ARC2 mas fit down in the bumper where the intake is on the setup. Might have to extend the harness or figure out where to run it through on the passenger side on the firewall.

Otherwise its way more than half as complicated as any current twin setup, no oil lines ftw. Just two coolant lines and cap everything else!

I enjoy building these things more than using them. The 99 is just sitting under a cover right now and i have little intention of using it anytime soon...

Been a while but I remember the ARC comes with it's own MAF harness that you splice into the ECU. Should be more than enough wire to route it all the way down there. Have it follow the wiring for the ABS pump behind the fenders. Poke a hole in the rubber cover to route it into the cab.

OH! the Evo MAF is round isnt it? How to add 3ft to the stock harness???

edit: but its only 3" dia. the inlet on the turbo is 4"...lol Not sure that would be good to have the smaller Evo MAF.

Extending the stock MAF connector harness is easy. You just need some shrink tubing, solder and wires.

Mellon made 700AWHP with the stock EVO MAF in his 05 EVO. Just sayin...

Although, if I remember correctly, he had to keep regluing the thing back together because the turbo kept trying to eat it.
