I've had a total of 5 Bimmers. I have an 06 330xi and 02 325xi for their all wheel drive. They are excellent in the winter!!
    Here's a teaser pic of the Z8 Z-8 and VR4.jpg

I would LOVE an M3. BMWs are so sexay. Not as sexy as the 3000 though.

Absolutely love BMW. I've made long trips in the VR-4 before and the stock seats just hurt your back way too much. There's zero lumbar support. I can drive the M3 for hours and not be uncomfortable at all. E36 M3's are getting very cheap to own. The only problem is finding a good one close by. I had to fly half way across the country to buy mine.

It's all a matter of taste of course, but the E36 M3 is definitely one heck of a car...even better with a Dinan supercharger or the Euro spec S50B30 or S50B32 engine. :-D
I'm lame and this is my lame signature.

Ive been thinking of picking one up in the next 6 months. I have ridden in a 2002 325i and i thought it handled pretty well but i was dissapointed in acceleration. Thats why i wondering about e36 because i have never been able to drive or ride in one.

Assuming you were in a 325i(sedan) that's 184hp for a 3219lb car. Take a 97 M3 for instance and you're looking at 240hp for a 3175lb car. So it will definitely have some more go...plus better suspension and breaks. If that's not enough for you, add on some Dinan parts and you'll be able to get the M3 up to a max of 340 hp. Not too shabby...
