Thnx!! - To those who wrote the XML file for ecuflash, and testers

Was just taking a peak at ECUFLASH with the 3000gt file in there and a virgin 99tt ROM. Looks like a lot has been covered, good work! Same goes for all the testers that are getting the bugs out of alternative ECU use.

I am still some time away until all my mods are installed (15g's, 550cc, all support, EBC, full exhaust, 98 SL ECU) but when its done Ill be looking forward to flash tuning to get the most out of it.

Thnx to all the developers and testers of ECU tuning!

A huge thank you to those involved, Jeff, Greg and Aaron have been doing amazing things with coding and testing this project. I've been enjoying riding their coat tails with it and can't wait until I start modding my '99 and really start doing some tuning.

I should have a custom harness very soon. Can’t wait to try it out also.

I thought there would be an announcement or some info at NG. Did I miss it?

I'd love to try this out. This could be even better than an AEM but lower cost. Thank you guys!

X-wire is selling harnesses. Also, Brett is still making up some ECU's so that they are ready to roll in our cars.

Are you still running the stock boost controller in your car? If so, would you like to follow me into some uncharted territory?

    ... maybe.

The '99 has very little done to her currently.

    High flow cat
    Borla cat back
    GReddy Type S BOV
    and your flash tune

Although I am planning on buying the BlackStealth LCD screen boost controller/ awesome computer thing

Also, I should be ungrounded from the '99 after this weekend. The '95 will be ready to go on sale thus meeting the agreement with the wife.

Agreed. I am glad that I had a few minutes to talk to Greg and Aaron at the NG but I wish that I would have had more time.

Greg - I assume that you referring to using a 3 bar map sensor and the stock boost solenoid to control boost? It sounds like you have the 3 bar map sensor working, correct? Did you actually change something in the ECU file so the ECU knows it is different, or are you just rescaling the sensor output on the datalogger? Have you been able to determine how to change the output to the stock boost control solenoid yet? Also, did you say that you have eliminated the EGR and rear O2 CELs? If so I want to get the info from you on how to do that. I guess that we should start one or more new threads (probably in a different section) to discuss details.
