My Personal NG 11 Thank Yous

My wife Sheri and I attended our first NG at Indy. We almost didn't make it. That we got there at all seems like a miracle now. Even before we planned on coming, we had help. Imperfect Darkness stepped up for me as only a true friend can. Without his assistance, we probably would not even tried to come to Indy. Then followed six weeks of what seemed like endless trial and tribulation as I transplanted the entire drive train/FMIC/AEM/electronics/gauges/etc/etc/etc from my 95 VR4 to my wife's 95 VR4. My son helped me almost every day after a full day at his regular job, doing whatever I needed. Without his help I likely would not have finished the car in time. I want to publicly acknowledge their help and say "thank you" from the bottom of my heart.

Once we got to Indy, we were amazed at the event. I have been going to car shows and "events" for almost 50 years. I've never been to one better organized or executed. For the most memorable event of our lives, we owe Lori, Alan and the entire NG 11 committee a tremendous debt. Without their dedication, devotion and exceptional efforts, NG 11 would not have happened at all, much less been so wonderful. Again, I want to publicly acknowledge their efforts and say "thank you" from the bottom of my heart.

Last, but by no means least, we want to say thank you to all those who attended NG 11, especially all the new friends we have met. We hope to see you all again at future events.

Thank you each and everyone for a most wonderful, memorable event. We feel honored to have been there.

    Milt and Sheri

We loved meeting you two as well. I'm guessing you made it home fine with that tire.

Indeed we did. And got 25 mpg to boot. Not bad for a true 600+ AWHP car.
