Just got home with a 1st gen RT/TT, and I'm weighing out all the options. I flew out last thursday, picked it up and took a very big risk driving the car 1400 miles to get it home, but now that I've had a couple days to go through it, it's actually in pretty good shape and virtually unmolested. I have a couple build plans I am torn between, and hope I can find some advice before I likely choose the path of V8 (late model Hemi) conversion. I am only finding VR440 from 3si who has quite successfully pulled this off weoo done V8 conversion. but not a single gen III Hemi swap into this car. are there any running around on here?

He is the only one I know of (that's on the forums) that has done the V8 conversion. It is a LOT of work. I've done an AWD and TT conversion and there is pretty much no way I'd do a V8 conversion. You can have a lot of fun with these cars with minor upgrades. First thing first though take care of the maintenance (60,120K service). Congrats on the car, you should post some pics up.
