Well this is the most annoying forum registration I've ever had to deal with. Guess I should stick with 3Si

Anyways, I bought my 3000GT back in 2006. I bought soclose3kgt's SL, some of you may remember who that is. Met a lot of great people with that car, including Ray, Jay, and a few others.

sold it and built a monster 450awhp pump gas 2g DSM, 2.3L stroker, TRE trans, etc.

After that built the probably the most well known SVT Contour out there, google image search svt contour and you'll see it.

Currently own a Honda S2000 and loving every second of it. However now that I've graduated and have a good job, I'm looking for a mint 1999 VR4. Looking forward to see how this forum compares to 3Si.

the registration process is that way because there has been a HUGE rash of spam/bogus accounts lately.

as far as how THIS forum compares with 3sdie....well let's just say that those of us with any moral compass wouldn't choose to frequent that site very often.

Why? because it has advertising and is owned by IB?

Look IB sucks and makes sites worse, but it's still a wealth of information, at least it was. I don't have a problem with them trying to make a profit off the site. Is there something else I don't know about?

Well regardless, I'm glad to be back looking for a 3S again, already recoginize a few old names so that's good. Hope the aftermarket support hasn't died down too much
