kk good info. i have a meeting with my lawyer this next week to discuss witnesses ect. one nice little trick i pulled is that i found out my ex was and still is leaving the children at the overnight babysitter for 12+ hours at a time. well since she is a registered sitter we subpoened her records.

Hadn't really given that much thought; I know I was a much better parent than my ex, but wouldn't have assumed anyone would give the nod to men.

I would give it 90%. I've seen men become WAY better parents. Men are more rational then women.
