Doing the WS6/98-02 swap on the front, and for the price of 2 grand with only 140,000 on the clock I couldn't pass it up. Buddy of mine had to sell since he is getting out of the Marines and needs all the money he can get to pay for the 40k plus truck he just bought. So yea, suck it lol.

I am not a fan of the color, but it is growing on me. I will probably just end up repainting it black when I get the front end switched over.

How is the interior? make sure you don't exceed the exit ramp speed limit or you'll be in the ditch.

Bought my old vr4 back 2 weeks ago. It was in a lot worse shape than when I sold it. Guy hooked battery terminals up backwards, fried something, couldn't get it running then did a mild partout. Needed struts/wiring harnesses/ecu/wheels/clutch/tranny and a lot of TLC. Already swapped all the wiring harnesses, clutch job, but motor back in, got it running, plastidipped spare hood, 3m kit to headlights, and new wheel bearings. Should have it on the road next week with any luck.

Oh damn. The car looks and sounds awfully familiar if IIRC. Glad that you were able to save it though!

Awaiting ANOTHER clutch. First kit had faulty pressure plate with almost no clamping force, so back up on stands as box out again

replacement on its way !
