You can either pop them out with a pickle fork which will likely destroy the ball joint, or you might get lucky and be able to hit the side of the knuckle with a hammer where the ball joint is to pop it out.

or get a ball joint puller
you can rent these types of things at the parts store:
OTC 6296 Pitman Arm/Tie Rod End Puller : Amazon.com : Automotive
Parting 6 speed
Pampena 3.5 Stroker, GTX 2867 Gen IIs, AEM Series2, oohnoo SMIC, DN Hardpipes, FIC 1650s, Walbro 525, aermotive fpr, Dejon intake pipes, Tial Q, Koyo Rad, Samco Hoses, Stoptech 332mm fronts, HKS GT4 Coilovers, Spec 4+ LW, JDM 6 Speed, Billet shift forks, Pampena brace
That works too, in my experience those are more difficult to get locally.
Actually I do have that tool and tried using it with the hubs still attached to the knuckle. It can't get close enough because of the hubs but maybe it can once the hub is out. That part of the knuckle might still be too wide to let the puller get close enough.
