    Tires have EVERYTHING to do with it. You always want to keep the same rolling diameter. It would be stupid to go with larger rims and larger tires at the same time. Stock rolling diameter is 25.7" on a 3s. Anything larger than 26" and you are going to rub. You are also going to throw off your speedo. The only way to fill the gap, is to lower it.

    Rims matter too man. You getting way to technical. I feel like you need to chillllllll lol.

    I don't agree, you can go larger with different struts (larger overall diameter) and you can go smaller and it lets you fit slightly wider rims by having move strut to tyre wall clearence
