I used a bench grinder with a polishing wheel, buffing compound and time haha. The FMIC is a cx racing kit so they are semi polished to begin so it made it a lot easier.

GTI invasion

I love the GTI. I had a MK3 Golf Trek edition for a few years. Great daily, I would still be driving it but the body started to rot out and I did not feel like dealing with it.

Just replaced the thermostat after not having any heat driving to work. She's also quite filthy.

Gotcha, I need to remove a lot of my stuff and shine it back up. It still looks good but has lost a bit in the last year.

Nothing changed just polished the intercooler piping. Pretty happy with the results.

Lot to be said for clean-without clutter in basic black-and-white, with a taste of chrome.
