It's different if you really understand what you're seeing and allow yourself to fully engage in the game. Similar to soccer in that aspect. Football is a game that even women, that have no idea what they're seeing, can enjoy while discussing purses, parties, and anything other than the play on the field. God I hate when I end up next to them at games...

I'm just giving you a hard time. I played baseball for 8 years. Loved playing it and became familiar with some of the more intricate details of the game. I have a massive baseball card collection in my closet to prove how obsessed I was with the sport when I was a kid. I just can't bring myself to watch it anymore no matter how hard I try unless it's my in-law's team (he's a head coach for my old high school).

Ah, very cool. I've got a big collection of cards with no value as well, heh. I don't ever watch the MLB (it's definitely boring if you don't have a team you give a shit about), but I can still get into the playoffs (helps that one of my best friends is a die hard Cardinals fan). I do, however, love going to watch the Longhorns play. Unlike football, I can get great seats at a reasonable price. And if I can ever see the Longhorn Network (LOL FUCK), I'll get to see all the home games!

College baseball is definitely better to watch than MLB. I enjoyed their recent postseason play a lot. I remember a couple of years ago when Auburn played Clemson and were down a couple runs in the 9th 3-2 with two outs and the batter blasted one over the field and ended up scoring the game-winning run. Probably the loudest I've ever heard that stadium get!

I think this is it but I can't confirm since work won't let me view videos.

For anyone that cares, WV has the Friday game tonight at 8(e.s.t.) against 'Cuse, @'Cuse. They beat us last year in Morgantown. Time to repay the favor.

Wow, that video gave me chills. Great crowd, great call by the announcer. You guys have a hell of a green monster in left!

A guy I know went to the BE media day(basketball) this week. On his flight back from NYC, he was seated next to Jamie Dixon(HC of sPitt basketball). He asked his thoughts on WV's future regarding conference realignment...Dixon immediately replied B12. Though I hate sPitt with every fiber of my being, Dixon is generally in the know. Found it interesting, but we'll see.
