your posts demonstrate that you have nothing to offer than quasi-intellectual jargon, slanted interpretations of political events, and other assorted hogwash. it's patently obvious to me that the only thing you feel passionate about is being critical of someTHING...regardless of what that thing is.

you don't need to know why i feel the way i do. all you need to know is that i'm sitting here speaking my mind, freely, by virtue of those who came before me and died to give me that right. i will be faithful to that heritage.

And still...nothing to do with the water dept. or billing issues...

I'm the same way as the OP, I had a problem with a water bill when my girlfriend and I moved and had the water switched over to our new house (along with having the gas turned on) and then two months later I get a bill from the OLD house that different people were already living in... They said I was responsible for the water bill! I told them there's no way in hell I'm paying for someone else's water when they've been living there since about a week after we had moved out (not to mention I KNOW I told them to turn the water off in the other house... they clearly didn't do it)

That was a nice little two week excursion into the world of idiots that run this city's municipalities... I finally got them to understand what I was trying to say, though the people living in the other house denied living there that month (what assholes huh!) I wouldn't doubt the landlord told them to deny considering he didn't particularly like me after he tried to cheat me out of almost ALL of our deposit when we moved (when the house was in BETTER shape after we moved out of it because he wouldn't fix a god damn thing so I had to do it...)
