    i would fight the lion because killing a lion with a gun isnt murder
    the basic go fast bits...

    A lion is not trained fighting machine against a human like liddell. It would be easy to find a vulnerability.

    I, in an attempt to entertain while loosing my life either way, would try to mount the lion.
