Just happened this afternoon when I turned the car on.

Could possibly be a throwout bearing. Does it go away when you push in the clutch?

I will go check in a minute, I think it is still there whether the clutch is depressed or not.

That's basically what mine sounds like but I have '99 lifters so I don't understand it. Sometimes mine goes away and sometimes its worse than other days.

There is definitely lifter tick present. Doesn't sound like anything worse but a video isn't as good as being there. I wouldn't worry. Is everything else fine? Like oil pressure.

throwout/release bearings sound more like a cricket, i should know as mine is on its way out =[

Yeah, everything is great. I haven't let it warm up to operating temperature yet because I was afraid to, but oil pressure/temp is normal, water temp is normal, etc etc.
