Bought BF3 the day of release too. It's...okay. Unfortunately it was made by the worst company in the gaming industry, EA. Mics still don't work in the game and EA is too damn lazy to do a thing about it.

I played some BF years ago. I just remember the maps being too big and it being too team oriented for me.

People keep complaining about this and I don't really understand it. Do you really want to hear an army of children screaming like in MW that badly? You can mic up via party with your friend list and hear your friends. I don't understand the desire to listen to strangers moan into the mic. The chatbox full of retards is already hard enough.
