Whomever you decide to order from make sure you get the serial number. As for the billet forks, Supercar and Jacks sell them for around $350 (for the full set) last time I checked. You can also get one machined for about $150.

The roll pins get a little sloppy when you remove and reinstall them so I wouln't do it with the trans in the car if that's what you're elluding to. If they are even a little loose it's possible for them to spin and expell themselves from the gearbox chattering or the excitation of the gearmesh. They'll eventually worm their way out of the alignment hole so you have to make sure you flare them.

When the alignment pin drops out or starts to work it's way forward you'll start having problems with paired gears on a hub assembly. You'll eventually start getting getting blocked out of a gear and/or it will get really notchy and lock into gear.

I have a picture of a gearbox I rebuilt some time ago that had really bad blockouts. When I opened it up I found two of the roll pins had started to work loose. Luckily they never came out free and clear or it could have been disasterous had they wedged between the gears.
Are you saying this aint 1st-2nd shift fork? this looks like it. And looks like ithas been machined/Rebuild here at some point. Looks fine.

I hope I'm not confusing you. Those (in picture) are not the shift forks that is damaged in transmission. Those is a shift forks that I was buying and are OK. There is no number on shiftfork 1st-2nd because that shift fork has been made in a local machine shop at some point i guess.

This picture is from a trans I rebuiilt last year. Dealership said this new OEM unit was blocking out several gears. This picture is from when i first took it apart. You can see how the roll pin expelled itself. It was caught early enough that it didn't damage the fork, hub, or the gear. The only thing damaged was a synchro. You can actually see how the pin was hanging on by a thread and bending right in between the forks.

That is correct. To tell you the truth that fork kinda looks like a Porche or Hyundai Getrag fork. Somebody went to town with a welder and made it work. I couldn't tell you what or where it came from, it doesn't look like a getrag W6MG fork tho.

LOL, other than on television can you identify a guns model, make, and serial with the serial numbers shaved off.

Yeah i get it found some serial numbers on the top part of it...446.9.0654.90
I know it looks like somebody made that but it look like a good work and cant see why it wont work like a Getrag fork Should..
I am in Iceland so ordering someting over seas isnt just as easy and cheap as for you guys. :/
If this fork works i dont see the point to get someting from the states thet will set me back about 1000$ after tax and Shipping.

this looks like a good craftsmanship

Not a serial number for a 6 speed. That number and picture you just posted really helped out a lot tho. Someone took the 6 speed fork ring and sandwiched it onto a 5 speed knuckle and welded it on there. Hey, if it's strong, straight, and true... go with it. LOLO, now I know what I'm going to do with my old busted shift forks.

As long as it's not flexing and it's not going to separate in the gearbox and and shed the weld material you should be good. Camera pictures really don't do any justice in inspecting welds. If you're looking at it and looks like good work then go with it. Good welds are really strong.

BTW, out of curiosity what are the stamped numbers on the top of your other 3 shift forks?

    446.9.0665.90
    446.9.0661.90
    and
446.9.0654.90 same as the the machined/Rebuild one.

So you have two damaged 1/2 shift forks then? The welded one and now another that has a snapped thumb?
