My serial cable came in today so I updated to 3.10 and ran the ground to share the PCM ground. I took it for a drive and flogged it a little. No more Chinese but I still can't get above waste gate psi. I changed the dutycycle from 40% to 80 and then back down to 20, no effect what so ever. My PSI start is at 9 and PSI end is at 11.5. I ran the solenoid test via the configuration menu but didn't hear anything. I thought the mac valves were noisy? I wonder if the Mac valve went bad..

Hmmm, My mac valve is not noisy, but it is not mounted to anything either...

Help them, for they know not that which they do not know!

The mac valve solenoid will vibrate when activated, so have someone push the "Test Solenoid" function while you have your finger on it.

That's probably why you don't hear it. Mine was real loud but I put rubber behind it and now it's much quieter.

I might have something in about 2 weeks. Circuit boards have been made and shipped a couple days ago.

I didn't see it or remember seeing it posted here yet, so if it's a repost, oh well, it can be here twice...

I just installed an AEM UEGO 30-2310 inline wideband controller today. Had to chase down the scaling to make it work right. It's listed as: AFR = 2.375(V) + 7.3125

So following that, min(0.0v) would be entered as 7.3, max(5.0v) would be entered as 19.2

I still need to do a little tweeking and testing to see if it's right, I had to add 0.8 offset to get it at 14.7 with the sensor unplugged... That makes me nervous.

Logging to SD Card expansion, I made two versions but never released them because I wanted to find an inexpensive way to produce them. One of the obstacles was finding an appropriate plastic case for them, but now that I've learned how to use the 3D printer more, I can print a plastic case for it. I think only 2 or 3 people expressed interest, so it was left alone, but I can certainly resurrect that project again.

RealMcCoy: When nothing is plugged into the WBO2 port of the LCDBC, the value reported cannot be trusted (because of the antenna effect). Once something is plugged in, it will override the antenna effect and report correct values.

What I would love, although it's rather unlikely, would be to have the screen and such built into either the plastic gauge surround or the upper part of the column cover. Eventually will be grabbing one of these, just not sure if I'd rather a standalone box or the screen cut into the gauges. In the gauges looks pretty slick.
