Sweet, I went to the store to pick up a null modem cable before they closed (and traffic got crazy) but I think there's a way around it now. I remember seeing a pin out in this thread somewhere to make a cable. I have access to J1962 connectors as well as the db9s to just make the harness instead of having to pull it out and unscrew the connector from the black box. Plus, it's more DIY :-)

If you have the LCDBC serial expansion cable, you can use that as an alternative. To select the other serial port during flashing, hold down the rotary encoder button down during power up.

Well.. I guess I need a db15 connector to connect to the PC.

Null-modem cable required for LCDBC main serial port (DB9 male). The serial expansion cable is usually DB9 female, and does not require a null-modem cable. If your computer doesn't have an serial port, then yes you need a USB-to-Serial adapter. I would recommend getting one that has an FTDI chipset in it.

I can only build 1 more of the current design, and then I'm out of printed circuit boards.

In the works is a boxed version where the LCD screen and rotary encoder are mounted inside a smaller box (think Scanmaster 3 style). This is more for people who are afraid to cut, and rather just mount. Now that I have a 3D printer that can print plastic boxes, I can produce custom designed shaped boxes.

Sooooo.....when will we see the "add-on" that you developed that only needed a housing for?

I think there may be something wrong with my MacValve. I was running 11psi last night and one quick pull this morning. After that it went Chinese, I reset it, and now it's only hitting 6psi.

You "reset" what?

If you set PSI start/end as Antero said, you should be running wastegate PSI, like me - I went through the same thing.

I'm leaving my settings alone until I do a complete check for boost leaks, then I'll start bumping duty cycle to raise boost again.

FWIW, I suspected my MAC valve, too.
