I held the display in a vice with it powered up. I put a small drop of super glue in each corner of the LCD on the black metal part. That way you can have both hands to set the gauge face down on to the LCD and get it aligned perfect.

How about a picture of your finished installation.

The greddy pressure sensor is 4 bar, and I think the Omni pressure sensor uses the exact same scaling (0.5v to 4.5v) to ( -1bar to +3bar). So if it's the same choose Greddy. If it's different I'll add support for it.

I think it's a different scale. From this thread:

Omni 4 bar MAP sensor ROM compatibility settings for USDM Evo 8/9 - evolutionm.net

    Volts ??
    0.51 25
    0.90 49
    1.29 70
    1.68 96
    2.07 120
    2.46 144
    2.85 170
    3.24 195
    3.63 255

I'm not 100% sure what the right hand column equates into; I think it's the value that applies to the boost formula, which would mean the voltage starts at 0.51, but stops at 3.63 instead of 4.5.

EDIT: Yep, I think that's right. Using the formula ( 0.2369*x-b ), at 255, and 14.7 atmospheric adjustment, I get 45.7095 psi; I think that's all the info you need? I went with the omni since it's plug-and-play directly on the manifold.

I got my processor upgrade in the mail today and installed. Installation was easy and at least now it's reading all the correct information from the ECU. I needed a female to female serial null modem cable to update the unit so I hadn't gotten that far yet.
