Ok,
I have tried 3 null modem adapters to no avail. I tested conductivity on the Mirage cable to check the pin assignments on both ends and came up with the following:
If you could take a peek and let me know if that matches your cable I'd appreciate it...
I can not get it to connect. I have not updated the firmware from what it came with, as I figured that updating would put one more fish in the pond of wtf...
The boost control and wide band are working fine.

You can build your own MUT cable easy because all the necessary electronics are conveniently built inside the lcdboostcontroller. Here's the pinout:
OBD2 pins 1, 4, 5 goes to DB9 pin 5.
OBD2 pin 7 goes to DB9 pin 4.
OBD2 pin 16 goes to DB9 pin 9.
p.s. You can hardwire directly to your factory OBD2 connector.

Newest software feature in v2.16: Custom background LED color. This allows the user to pick a color of their choosing, including amber to match our display.

hey I haven't kept up, have you ever worked on a logger pass through?
Parting 6 speed
Pampena 3.5 Stroker, GTX 2867 Gen IIs, AEM Series2, oohnoo SMIC, DN Hardpipes, FIC 1650s, Walbro 525, aermotive fpr, Dejon intake pipes, Tial Q, Koyo Rad, Samco Hoses, Stoptech 332mm fronts, HKS GT4 Coilovers, Spec 4+ LW, JDM 6 Speed, Billet shift forks, Pampena brace
Logger pass through works and tested with HHH and Evoscan. Two-byte MUT Evoscan datalog requests does not work, and I'll make it work just as soon as I understand how it works. Also, the pass through mode adds a bonus benefit of making Boost and WBO2 AFR available for datalogging.
Just made v2.17, it allows you to use the custom LED color as startup color. At the main menu, if you hold down for 0.5 seconds, it will activate some LED special effects. Currently I've made 3 LED effects. Effect 1 cycles Red up and down. Effect 2 cycles Green up and down. Effect 3 cycles Blue up and down. Effect 4 stops at current color. Effect 5 takes you back to your default startup color.
I'll wait till you are done playing with the fun stuff to update.
Great work!
