The TFTLogger doesn't have access to the ECU, and relies on your old micro to give correct data. Right from the start, it did not receive correct values for "Engine load, Injectory Duty cycle, O2 low fuel trim, O2 medium, O2 high". 57600 baud is pushing it for the old micro (8mhz and no crystal oscillator to give precise time increments). Adjust the LCDBC from 57600 baud to 1953 baud, and on the TFTLogger switch it from LCDBC to OBD1 (this will match the 1953 baud). Other than that, there's nothing else I can do for old gen2 micro.

Gen2 LCDBC have 8mhz micros, and initially came with small memory, and was later upgraded to larger memory. Today's Gen3 LCDBC are 20mhz micros, large memory, and is operated with a crystal oscillator for more precise time. For Gen2 users it is possible to a micro swap.

I am messing around with my LCDBC and I noticed that the Oil temp sensor option is available in the system. what sensor can I use to get this wired in? Also, where can i get the harnesses that plug into the lcdbc for the external sensors?

100 and 150psi oil pressure sensors work such as this:

If your LCDBC is really old, it won't have any external sensor connectors (ie, ext1,ext2,ext3,ext4), and you will have to solder wires on the circuit board to upgrade it. Or get an upgraded LCDBC from me.

The LCDBC came with two different style JST connectors. The latest LCDBC use the JST XH style because they're easier to crimp.

Thanks for the info on the connector! I picked up some standards sensor connectors from micro center for the time being. I already picked up an AEM 150 psi sensor for oil pressure, but I would also like to add in an oil temp sensor since the LCD BC has a setting for it. I just don't know what sensor to use. Can you let me know which oil temp sensor works with the lcdbc?

This LCDBC update makes datalogging easier. In the past, the LCDBC has to be powered up first prior to datalogging. Now it doesn't matter with this version.

Also Gonzo, there's a software update to the TFTlogger also. Apparently using "Strings" in C++ has a memory leak, I went to C style strings and no more problem.
