If you are still running 55psi base fuel (stated in your dyno thread), that one walbro is beyond maxed at 20psi of boost for 500awhp on E85. Time for a second pump.

One walbro, with 780cc inj. You're running out of fuel, plain and simple. At 20psi, even if your pump was getting 16.5 volts to it, (and I don't see a boostapump in your sig) you would be at the absolute limit of your injectors, and that's at 43 base fuel pressure. If you're at 13.5 (which is all a hotwire kit will give you) you require far more fuel than your pump can put out at that voltage.
