What Midwest Turbo Connection has been up to the last few months

    Hello everybody!

We've been so busy that I haven't been on here as much as I'd like to so I thought I'd give you guys a little update on what we've been up to/whats new.

We are in the process of adding hundreds of turbo parts, rebuild options, and upgrades onto our websites store as well as our ebay store.

We also had to purchase a second lathe to keep up with the increased business that we've seen in the last few months. Originally the 3S turbo crowd was our main customer but since then our customer base has grown to include customers from all across the country and include all makes and models of turbos. We've rebuilt turbos from Drag Bikes to Race Boats to Heavy Machinery.

With Dan (92RT-TT) gone the last 3 months, at Basic Training and Tech training for the Air Force Reserve, Dave and myself have been working overtime to keep up with the work.

Our plans for this summer include adding supporting mods to our list of products we currently sell.

Here are some of the different turbos we've done in the last couple weeks.

One of the heatshields was destroyed and was no longer available so Dave machined one out of a chunk of solid steel on the lathe.

Some awesome looking snails you've got there I wish my "rebuilt" transmission wasn't so terrible or I would have been doing business with you guys rather than buying a new transmission. I look forward to the day though

Thanks MadMarc. Sorry to hear about your transmission problems, nothing worse then having to spend more money fixing something that was already supposed to be "fixed" :/. When you are able to upgrade some day definitely let us know and we'll be more then happy to help you out .

    ps. MOPAR or NOCAR!

It does look kinda small in the picture but that turbo is actually much bigger then a TD04 turbo. For example the turbine shaft inducer is roughly 16 mm bigger then a TD04HL turbine shafts inducer and the compressor wheel is a couple mm bigger then a TD04 19T
