They make overpriced PC's and have rode their mp3 players (I include the iPhone and iPad in this since the iOS was originally meant for the iPod) to make any real headway anywhere.

The company's only real skill is their ability to make people feel that they MUST HAVE this new product that no one has needed before. Once competition begins in that market segment, Apple starts to lose their ass and they move on to something new. To top it off, most every Apple fan I know is an absolute idiot, so that helps add to the distaste for the products they sell.
I just find this hard to fathom from you guys. I checked the wiki page for Apple as well as some other sites which had their good v bad v ugly products. The part that keeps coming up is the fact that their products are alot more expensive. Yet everytime Apple release a new product, guess what happens? WORLD WIDE people camp outside the shops front doors looking to be the first to buy the new accessory. Does that make it a good product, no, but does it means it's popular, absolutely! Take the iPhone for example. I refused to buy it simply because alot of people at work have one. I bought the Nokia N8 and thought it competed well against the iPhone in almost all areas, and beat it in some. (12mp camera was the main reason I got it) Yet for a simple function as the screen spinning to whatever way your holding it, the Apple shits on the Nokia. Also, it's a bit laggy when opening different screens. Now this is a pretty lame ass plus for the Apple, but it's these little things I appreciate.

We also have an iMac which I used to edit all my videos on. It doesn't really crash and v's a pc, it's worlds in front for what I need imo.
