3S w/ fender flares

I think the pitroad ones look pretty good. But why is it a law in most states that your wheels can't stick out past the fenders?

As MaxClass stated its a danger to other drivers if your tires stick out. You could kick up rocks much easier into other drivers windshields etc.

You know whats messed up about that? All the lifted trucks that throw rocks into our windshields!

Anyway, I would like the PMR over fenders or the Ciancis as for fender flares, I dont think it would be practical for a streetcar
