    ARC2-GP "Footage"

After requests from a forum member, I decided to shoot some "footage" of my car (running on ARC2) while taking my usual sunday drive through the SC backroads. Yes, all of the pulls are slow and from a roll just because I don't feel particularly safe slamming the gears while holding the camera.

    The car:
92 VR4, 15g's, gutted precats, 3.5" straight back no cats, 2 Apexi cans, 550 injectors, custom dual feed fuel w/ 6AN line from tank forward, base fuel pressure is 50psi, single Walbro in tank (hotwired), custom fmic, NGK non-resistors gapped to 1+mm, HKS DLI, and ssq bov (atmosphere), AEM boost gauge, Apexi EGT

I am only running wastegate boost because again, I didn't feel safe holding the camera while boosting 18+ psi

The car was tuned entirely only using the Arm1 light indicator (0 knock)

P.S. this has taken me all day to upload (I'm not very computer savvy) so you muppets better enjoy.

    Sweet.

Do you have a wideband gauge in your car?

Would the ARM1 still be recommended if a wideband gauge was already installed or would it not be needed? I'm planning to hopefully get an ARC-2 sometime in the future. Is the the kit that DR sells or different?

    Thanks for posting the vids.

A wideband is better than the Arm1, the Arm1 taps onto the stock O2 sensors so it is essentially a narrowband indicator. This is the kit that 3sx sells but I have the upgraded Granitelli MAF.

I have the AEM unit in my garage I just haven't installed it yet. Once I get the wideband installed I can fine tune and I'll get back to you on that low fuel trim Steve.
