    Please add DelMarVa 3S

    Please add DelMarVa 3S to the chapter list, it has been left out. Also, the NG "Chapter Challenge" should include DelMarVa 3S as well. We have had quite a few members attending over the years, and our thousand mile trips (more or less) should count for something.
