Ah! The 1090t was just on a killer sale. Buy it for a discounted price and get a free mobo or upgrade for a few extra bucks. The x6 is the bomb diggity but my 1090 is extremely close in benchmark to my brother's 965...DAMN, thought I'd have some good shit talking after getting it too :P

Not bad - just kinda weak on CPU power. Last gen intel stuff makes that cpu look like garbage for gaming.

(you know I had to say something!)

Congrats on the upgrade! If it weren't for this house buying thing I'd be building a 2600K system right about now.

I just built my mom a new pc with a 1090t, asus 890 board, 8gb of ripjaws.

It's a very good strong build for the price. but my i7 960 is much faster

I also have another 1090t w/o cooler, if anyone wants it... otherwise I will get antsy and end up ordering more parts to build it lol

Receiving my new laptop in the mail on Thursday....

    i7-2820QM
    16GB (4X4GB 1333mhz) DDR3
Nvidia GeForce GTX 460M GPU with 1.5GB GDDR5 Video Memory

Went with the cheaper graphics card, because I really don't do much gaming and it was much cheaper this way. Need my RAM though. Always have like 15-20 windows/programs open.
