Turbo Replacement Parts Needed When Utilizing 3SX Oil, Coolant, & Stud Kits

Aloha,

I'm preparing to swap in a set of DR650's, and I'm compiling a list of all required parts. I'm also interested in utilizing the 3SX upgraded stud/nut kit, their SS oil line kit, & upgraded coolant SS line kit. After reviewing the prerequisites on Stealth 316, I've come up with only the following items being required out of the original complete part number list.

Oil Return Line Bolt: Turbo (4) MF241225
Oil Return Line Bolt: Oil Pan (4) MD193110

AC Line O-Ring (1) MR117263

I also have a brand new DP which includes the front turbo to O2 replacement, and the rear O2 to DP gaskets, so I believe the following will not be necessary:
Exhaust Gasket: Front (1) MB687002
Exhaust Gasket: Rear (1) MR323619

If you stick with the 3sx kit I would suggest you purchase some sort of support brackets for the oil and coolant lines. The OEM lines actually work much better in supporting the TD-04 frame turbo's. Looks like you have your bolts and crush washers.

The only thing missing from the list is beer!

I don't think you'll need the oil line bolts, your old ones should work just fine.

You will probably want new oil return line gaskets: MR258477 or you can use some RTV sealant, I did both.

Fortunately, the new 3SX Oil Line kit contains the required return line gaskets. I just noticed that I will require new gaskets for the coolant line kit, which 3SX has here: Thermostat Housing Gaskets and Oring Set*-*Mitsubishi 3000GT*/*Dodge Stealth Parts.

Anyone else spot any 'gotchas'?
