After The STORM

Just checking to see if everyone on here from the Carolinas made it through the storm O.K. It missed my house by about 8 miles.here are a few pics...It flattened a Lowes Super Center right in Sanford.

Ouch! Was that a tornado? I saw one last year, missed my house by 2 miles. That is as close as I ever want to get to a tornado. Did you see the tornado?

We had some hellacious winds here. Supposedly there were some tornadoes further north of me.

I was driving a full size van and got hit with a wall of wind so hard I thought someone broadsided me.

Thanks for checking on us all. We are good here in the sticks. Lots of gusts, little rain, but lots of waiting. Luckily it passed us by. My heart goes out to those who didn't make it through this storm front. Last I heard was 10 in NC.
Anyone heard from ntcmpjg (Jeff)? Went near his town, too.

I have not talked to Jeff but I think it scraped past his way.I talked to "nsanity" that night and he did not mention any damage up that way(they live fairly close together) although Fort Bragg caught alot of it I think it stayed west of Jeff and his town.
Unfortunately ,I think the last count was 22 dead and 2 were in my town.My heart goes out to their families.We are going to donate this week so we can try and see that the children get easter baskets and such.Gotta be a tough thing to go through.

I know what you are saying.I was driving my Cherokee coming back from Raleigh and it was pushing us all over the road...

Jeff called the shop today, so he is good...at least he didn't mention anything that came his way.

Yea I'm good thanks everyone. I went back to work last Friday and have been busy playing catch up on a years worth of doctors visits I hate dentist and getting shots.
Glade everyone is doing good we need to have another BBQ soon maybe next month some time.
