Wow that is a killer price for that.

$3600 included 22 cubic yards of the fiber strand concrete. All labor, the guy supplied all the equipment (including front loader and labor) and forms, vapor barrier etc. Power troweled smooth then saw cut control joints. All done $3600. 1100 sq ft. I thought it was a good deal. It's dead level and flat. Even the installers of the structure were surprised that they didn't have to do any leveling at all. They said it was so true it made the job very easy.

Long ago, many years past, I did it to T4. ATX AWD conversion on a 91 VR4.
And I am pretty sure GZP has done it since.
JDM AWD ATX and TC with a one off driveshaft. I used 2 toggles for the 4 gears and a shifter out of a Galant (junkyard and couldn't find a 3S ATX in the pull a part at the time.

Little stuff I am doing now for some local members. We are looking at a few weeks to get it closed in. We are doing it ourselves and running in 12 different directions every day getting things sorted, started, sales, shipping etc. It's crazy but not complaining. The garage is "one" of the top priorities. But then the phone rings, or something needs to be built to ship etc LOL.

Once it is enclosed we will have an official Grand opening party BBQ in the country and camp out!...you sure have a pretty....oh nevermind...that was supposed to be my inside posting voice.
