There is a link on bottom right of that page that allows you to register your email so that you can vote. You must register your email before you can vote.
You can vote once per day, everyday, for the month of April.

None of my friends have had ANY signs of SPAM since it started in April. It is run by NAPA Canada, and only Canadian cars are entered and same with voters. "Don't hate my car cuz it's beautiful" as they say......

I've got an updated link that takes you directly to my car photo. No need to fish thru 367 cars.....
