so guys im really wanting a 1st gen vr4 and i need to sell my sl to get it. im planning to put it on craigslist but im really lost on how much i should ask. please help me out. keep in mind ive added up my receipts for the car and they total around $10,200

I would mark up the CL ad a few grand more than what you would list on here.

They key to selling is start high. You can always come down, never up. Figure out how much you to need to get out of it, add 2k and start there.

i have no idea how much its worth thou? so how could i add 2k? i mean i was thinking 3k?

You could probably get more money selling it here or on eBay than you will get on CL. Yes, CL gets fast sells normally, but for a heavily modded car (most people have no idea what a 3.5 Debonair engine is and why it's special) you're not going to get anywhere near what it's worth.

Realistically, I'd say 5k, maybe a bit more considering it looks pretty clean.
