So terrible to hear about things like this. Makes you realize how quickly how life can change. I don't know them personally but it sure is sad to hear none the less... I hope they make a full recovery.

Paul, any word on how they are today? Did Sean have surgery today? If so, how did it go?
I'm getting ready to call them in a minute. I was going to go up there today but I really just don't have time. They are going to wait and see if Sean's foot and ankle can heal without the surgery. He has been walking some but he has a high tolerance for pain.
I was only able to talk to Linda for a minute or two but she said they might be getting out on Wednesday. They have a long road ahead of them but I'm sure they will be very happy to be home.
Holy fuck, I just found out. If there is ANYTHING I can do in Chicago JUST ASK. PM me for my phone #. I am thinking about both of them and I know they'll come out of this alright. I'm here to do anything that is humanly possible and I'll be checking back for updates.
