Looking for who owns this car

Trying to find out who owns or owned this car. It was on eBay last year and I don't know if it sold or not. I know it had a 3si.org sticker on it. He was from Ohio too.

I has a hood-bra and the horizontal "cross-hairs" have been removed. It also has a "tear graphic" paint job on it.

I'm thinking the car & owner are in Mentor Ohio. I remember seeing the for sale ad and that was one overpriced car for what it is/was.
After looking at that second picture, I don't think that is the car I was thinking of. I do think I recognize the building though. It reminds me of the expo building in Niles Ohio, so the car might be from the Niles/Warren/Youngstown area.

It was on eBay for $3000 starting bid but he listed it twice cuz it didn't sell the first time.

That's the reason behind the search. I am in the middle of a deal to have a copy of that wing made. I will post pictures as soon as I have the prototype in my hands.
