I just went to 8.5:1 Ross.

What should the gap for my spark plugs be and what are your recommendations?

how big are your turbos? how much boost are you running on pump? with a healthy ignition system (new coils, low resistance wires (msd's are great), good ptu, good grounds, good alternator, good battery, and good plugs (non-resistor coppers are great, especially 1 step colder), you should be able to run a gap of .032 with no problems. the higher the gap with no blow out, the more power you will get and the car will run better.
I've got 9:1 Ross .030" over, with 13Ts, and was running MAFT-Pro in speed density with 450cc injectors at about 17psi boost. I've held my gap pretty consistently in the .028-.030 range with no blowouts (as long as the plugs were healthy and not fouled).
I just switched to coil on plug and went back to stock MAF setup with 360cc injectors so I opened it up to .032, we'll see how it does.

“The danger to America is not Barack Obama but a citizenry capable of entrusting a man like him with the presidency. It will be easier to limit and undo the follies of an Obama presidency than to restore the necessary common sense and good judgment to a depraved electorate willing to have such a man for their president. The problem is much deeper and far more serious than Mr. Obama, who is a mere symptom of what ails us. Blaming the prince of the fools should not blind anyone to the vast confederacy of fools that made him their prince. The republic can survive a Barack Obama, who is, after all, merely a fool. It is less likely to survive a multitude of fools such as those who made him their president.” -- Author Unknown
13t's and hoping to get around 21psi. What us considered a low resistance wire? I'll go ohm mine out in a bit. How do I know if I have a good ptu? That's the little thing next to the coil packs right?
The MSD Super Conductor Wires ohm out at about 50 ohms per foot. I can verify that because I have mine at my desk and that's how they test out. I don't think that there is even anything else out there with less resistance. These are gorgeous wires too with extra thick insulation and sealed boots that duplicate the factory ends that snap onto the plugs.
