Same thing you were denied of, just the opposite sex wanting to do "girly" activities like play with dolls or play kitchen or whatever kids are doing these days.

Case in point, a guy I was friends with as a child is definitely not the type of person you can just let go off to find what they like on their own. As a kid, he played video games constantly. He's definitely a case where some strong guidance was needed, and if that didn't work, force him to do something with his life, because he never made that decision on his own.

This is just letting your children run the household.
Big difference in helping them find and pursue their interest.

Just as long as we are not talking about cross dressing.

The guys I grew up with liked playing house but I dare say they didn't tell their friends at school either.
They all grew up to be loving productive adults.
I ran into one a few months back and he still feels like family after all these years.

Let's be honest..most men are not going to encourage their sons to do "girly" activities but hanging out with the girls will probably teach them how to communicate better with women.
